Hi and welcome!
I'm Kierra — and I’m so happy you’re here.
This little space has been on my heart for a while now — a calm place where wellness feels real, simple, and supportive.
Not a place of pressure.
Not a place of perfection.
But a space where we can move, rest, grow, and live well — all at our own pace.
Here, you’ll find honest conversations about what it really means to take care of yourself — mind, body, and spirit.
You’ll see how I move my body to feel strong and grounded.
You’ll also see how I slow down, recharge, and protect my peace.
Whether it's finding new ways to move, creating small rituals to recharge, or simply making space to breathe — this corner is about honoring every part of who you are.

The Reset Moment
After a week that felt loud and full, I gave myself the space to soften. This weekend was about finding peace through presence. It wasn't about productivity—it was about realignment. I gave myself the permission to pause, reflect, and fill back up in all the ways that make me feel whole—with some pretty fucking awesome people!
Movement That Felt Good
I kicked things off with a 30 minute 3-mile run—with a running club in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco. Afterward, I grabbed a blueberry bliss smoothie from Earth Bar at Equinox (with a scoop of protein—23g—of course).
Shortly after, I tried hot yoga for the first time at Hot8Yoga with friends.
It challenged me in all the right ways.
I set intentions, left distractions behind, and walked out of that room lighter—mentally and physically.
It was one of those classes that felt like therapy, but sweatier. It’s like I left it all in the room & on the floor…
Totally recommend adding a HotYoga class to a weekend of wellness, thank me later?
Soul-Filling Stops
Post-yoga, I took my little sister to Mama’s Luncheonette—a comfort fave that never misses.
We wandered the mall, sipped fruit juices and soaked in each others presence. She’s blossoming into such a strong, beautiful woman.
Watching her own her space reminded me how powerful quiet growth can be.
We closed the night with dinner, face masks, and giggles; what a blessing it is to have a forever bestie..
Realignment
This weekend brought me back to myself.
It reminded me it’s okay to pause.
That laughter, movement, connection, and even a little indulgence are part of a healthy, balanced life.
We don’t always need to check boxes. Sometimes, the real check-in is internal. Agnostic of others expectations.
Here’s your reminder:
1. Don’t let a challenging week steal your joy.
2. Turn off “busy mode” long enough to remember who you are outside of your to-do list.
3. Segment your life. You’re allowed to flow differently on weekends—to choose softness, joy, rest, and recalibration. That’s not carelessness. That’s care.
Until next time...
Reset often. Flow gently. Live well. Feel free to drop some of the things you did to reset this past weekend in the comment section.. Let’s learn & g[L]ow together!

Why I Created This Space
I started The Wellness Corner because I wanted something I couldn’t always find when I first started my own journey —
A space where strength and softness can exist side by side.
Where movement is about joy.
Where rest isn’t guilted, but honored.
My hope is that you’ll find ideas, inspiration, and calm reminders here that help you create a life rooted in wellness — inside and out.
Thank you so much for being here.
Wherever you are on your journey, you belong.
I'm so excited to grow this space with you.
